No call, no show. Lack of response to calls, after making promises. Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I called for an estimate for repairing/replacing the underground drain pipes from the rain gutters to road. Willy called me back, & gave me an estimate on replacing the pipes. He insisted we'd need a replacement, not a repair, despite having never even set foot on my property or checking first. Estimate was $2100. I told him I'd discuss w/ wife & let him know. Later that evening, I texted him to thank him for the estimate & time, but it was a little more than we could afford right now. He then immediately called me & began pushing a replacement on us again, lowering his price first to $1900, (then later on the same conversation quoting $2k). He asked me to call him back to be sent to his answering svc to get my info for a callback, which I did. I had to text to get any answer, even after having a callback promised. Finally he called back, & he offered to send out his guy w/ a camera to scope the system & show me the results. I agreed. He advised that if it could be repaired it would be $600. Next thing I know, he is calling me telling me that he doesn't want to send his entire crew if at only have a repair done, as it would cost him $, and begins backing out of commitments that he had called me to make. He finally offers to only send the camera guy & repair guy, & if we need the replacement we would have to schedule it for later. (In this call, he also quoted me different higher prices & had to be reminded of his previous quotes) He then "scheduled" me for the next morning, "no later than 10:30am". Next day @ 12:45pm I texted asking if they're still coming, response was "I hope so, his first job was a big one" even tho he he had told me we would be the first job. Then, no call no show, not even a text apologizing for not showing up or calling. Multiple texts and messages over the next several days with him & his answering svc resulted in no response or call from anyone at his company. This is a terrible way to do business, & I would not advise anyone to use this company. Very unreliable.
